JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Vocational Adult Coordinator, you are the hub of the network that shapes and ensures the quality of Reveljen's vocational training. Within adult education, a primary goal is to develop students' knowledge and skills to strengthen their position in the labor market and promote their personal development.

You will be the one, together with the principal, responsible for planning and organizing our vocational training at the upper secondary level.

The work is carried out in close collaboration between you, the principal, study and career counselors, apprenticeship coordinators, competence brokers, administrative staff, and educational providers.

We strive for high quality and good results during the student's study journey in collaboration with the educational provider, and you, as the Vocational Adult Coordinator, play a central role in this. An important part of your assignment will therefore be to follow the student's journey, from initial mapping to graduation.

Main job responsibilities:

• Coordination and planning for the start-up of new and existing training programs.
• Outreach activities related to the initiation of training programs.
• Collaboration with administration, admissions, study and career counselors, and school management.
• Follow-up during and after training programs.

The position is a fixed-term employment at 50% for 1 year, with a possible extension. The scope may also be increased.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you are open, unpretentious, have an easy time building networks, and engaging and involving others. Your working style is characterized by being structured, driven, and having the ability to find the balance between delivering good quality and meeting deadlines.

In this position, you will meet employees from different units, the educational provider, and representatives from the labor market, which makes it important to be accommodating, friendly, and have an interest in service and collaboration.

It is important that you have a genuine interest in the local labor market.

To succeed in this role, you need to thrive in a position where you can create and maintain good relationships. You are patient, persistent, service-oriented, have logistical skills, and are skilled at working with processes in a structured way. You will work both independently and with others, which requires you to take significant personal responsibility for your assignment.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
